The Team
Østen Mortvedt graduated from The Naval Academy in 1987 and has 11 years of seagoing career from the Navy and the Coast Guard. In 1998 he started to work industrial with the management of offshore service vessels, including vessels related to polar research, coastguard and emergency towing preparedness.
Svein Hoel educated as Master Mariner from Tromsø Maritime School in 1982. Hoel has since 1986 worked industrial with the management of offshore service vessels, including vessels related to polar research, coastguard, emergency towing preparedness and product/chemical tankers.
